A study from Worldata Research shows that when looking to drive responses with email marketing, you should consider doing at least a two-part campaign. The data shows that using a follow-up email to your audience greatly increases registrations. Overall, at least 25% more people responded when they received the follow-up email.


The data shows that web events received the highest second-drop response rate, with 43% of their total registrations occurring after the follow-up email. Downloads to whitepapers increased 28%, attendees to physical events increased 33% and all other offers received 28% of their responses from a follow-up email.
